In the event of a power outage, generator backup is available to ensure uninterrupted comfort throughout your stay.
All areas are cleaned using government-approved disinfectants that are effective against bacteria and viruses.
Bed linens, towels, and laundry are washed and sanitized in accordance with official health and safety guidelines.
Each honeymoon suite is thoroughly sanitized and sealed after cleaning to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and guest well-being.

House Rules

This is an exclusive honeymoon suite located within the resort.
Romantic add-ons—such as candlelight dinners, flower bed decorations, honeymoon cakes, spa sessions, and more—are available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges). Please inform us in advance to schedule these experiences.
Check-in is available after 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and the number of guests must not exceed the count confirmed at the time of booking.
All guests are kindly requested to present valid government ID proofs during the booking process and at the time of check-in.
Foreign nationals are required to provide valid passports and visa details to both Whitetrip and the property management upon request.
Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed on the property. Kindly make alternative arrangements prior to arrival.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Whitetrip and the property team shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
We respectfully request that you treat the suite with care. Any damage caused will be chargeable based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All activities must comply with applicable government regulations. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
In the event of inappropriate behavior, public disturbance, or violation of house rules, the property reserves the right to deny check-in or request an early check-out without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons, such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays), regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
100% refund for any cancellation 15 days prior to arrival.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
75% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 14 days to 10 days.
50% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 9 days to 5 days.
100% retention charges applicable for No Shows and for the confirmed booking being cancelled before 4days prior to arrival Mode of payment would either cheque or bank transfer and it would be done within 15 days after the cancellation is done.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
