  • Romantic add-ons—such as candlelight dinners, flower bed decorations, honeymoon cakes, spa sessions, and more—are available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges). Please inform us in advance to schedule these experiences.
  • Check-in is available after 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and the number of guests must not exceed the count confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All guests are kindly requested to present valid government ID proofs during the booking process and at the time of check-in.
  • Foreign nationals are required to provide valid passports and visa details to both Whitetrip and the property management upon request.
  • Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property. Kindly make alternative arrangements prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Whitetrip and the property team shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • We respectfully request that you treat the suite with care. Any damage caused will be chargeable based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
