Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: No retention charges, but 10% of the total tariff will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Cancellation between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% retention charges apply.
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% retention charges apply.
Early check-out: No refunds will be provided for unused nights if guests choose to check out early.
No-show policy: Failure to check in on the booking date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement will not be allowed.
Booking modifications: Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to dates or guest count are allowed. Any such requests will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability.
Natural calamities: In case of natural calamities (landslides, heavy rain, floods, etc.), cancellations are not allowed. Trips may be postponed to another date, but the advance payment is non-refundable.
Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of canceling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
