  • Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and the number of guests must not exceed the count confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All guests are kindly requested to present valid government ID proofs during the booking process and at the time of check-in.
  • Foreign nationals are required to provide valid passport and visa details to both Whitetrip and the property management upon request.
  • Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property. Kindly make alternative arrangements prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Whitetrip and the property team shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons- such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)- regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will incur a 10% fee.
  • Between 45 and 15 days prior, cancellation fees range from 20% to 25%.
  • Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 50%.
  • No refund is applicable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show.
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
