This solitary tiny home provides a 360° view of the tea garden and the mesmerising greensward of Vagamon. You can open your curtains to an uninterrupted view of velvet grassland as you sip on your morning tea. Let nature come to you to energise your mind and body. This property offers you a one-bedroom studio glasshouse equipped with essential amenities. We are super concerned about your privacy and care for your need for a clean atmosphere. So, the house assures a spick and spans toilet facilities and surroundings.

And let the misty sun peck your cheeks when you are dripping your last coffee drops at the open deck while enjoying the serene, endless valley view.   • Swimming Pool Usage: The swimming pool is open for guest use only between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Morning usage is not permitted due to regular cleaning and maintenance. Guests must wear proper swimwear, and entry in coloured clothes or casual wear is strictly prohibited. Alcohol, food, and beverage consumption is not allowed inside the swimming pool or poolside areas. In the event of any colour change or damage to the pool caused by guest usage, the guest will be liable for the cleaning or maintenance charges.
  • Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details to Whitetrip as well as the property management when requested. 
  • Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the guest.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, If the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable. 
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
