Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is permitted in the exterior areas of the villa only.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund or a 100% redeemable voucher, after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 75% refund or a 100% redeemable voucher after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund or a 60% redeemable voucher after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or for partially paid bookings are non-refundable.
However, if the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
