• Cancellations made up to 25 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount, after deducting the 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made between 10 to 25 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund of the advance amount, after deducting the 10% cancellation fee.
• Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
• Cancellations made within 10 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
