This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2:30 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption and Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

This is a pet-friendly property:Only well-trained pets are allowed with prior approval. Additional charges apply.
The pool is accessible from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, music is permitted only until 9:30 PM. Please keep volumes moderate and respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
For the safety and comfort of all guests and to preserve the natural environment, all activities involving fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property and its premises.
Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total amount. The remaining balance must be settled as per the agreed terms prior to check-in.
Children above 9 years old will be considered in the adult category and will be charged accordingly.
Early check-in & Late check-out is subject to availability and will be chargeble and must be informed beforehand.
Guests are requested to confirm their food choices at least two days prior to arrival to ensure timely preparation and a smooth dining experience.
For the comfort and hygiene of all guests, bringing outside food into the property is not permitted.
Our in-house caretaker is available to prepare delicious, home-cooked meals upon request. Please inform us in advance for meal arrangements.
Rates are fixed and non-negotiable upon arrival. All pricing and terms must be agreed upon prior to check-in. Negotiations after reaching the property will not be entertained.
If you have ordered the BBQ and campfire will depend on the weather and availability. If the bonfire and barbecue cannot take place due to weather.
Food and beverages will only be served at designated areas in the property.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, If the cancellation is received at least 7 days before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 15 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
