  • Each honeymoon suite is thoroughly sanitized and sealed after cleaning to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and guest well-being.
  • This is an exclusive honeymoon suite located within the resort.
  • Romantic add-ons - such as candlelight dinners, flower bed decorations, honeymoon cakes, spa sessions, and more - are available upon request (subject to availability and additional charges). Please inform us in advance to schedule these experiences.
  • Check-in is available after 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and the number of guests must not exceed the count confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All guests are kindly requested to present valid government ID proofs during the booking process and at the time of check-in.
  • Foreign nationals are required to provide valid passport and visa details to both Whitetrip and the property management upon request.
  • Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property. Kindly make alternative arrangements prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Whitetrip and the property team shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • We respectfully request that you treat the suite with care. Any damage caused will be chargeable based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • All activities must comply with applicable government regulations. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • In the event of inappropriate behaviour, public disturbance, or violation of house rules, the property reserves the right to deny check-in or request an early check-out without refund
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the
    total tariff as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation done 11 days prior to check-in will be liable for 50% as retention charges of the booking amount. 100% of retention charges are applicable for cancellation done within 10 days of check-in.
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
