Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons, such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays), regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges. Cancellation between 8-14 days before the check-in date will result in a refund of 50%.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 8 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
