This 2-bedroom homestay is best suited for single families and is best for small group excursions. A house made of stone arouses the feeling of English aesthetics or the bygone days of our ancestors. Check-in time will be at 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas of the villa ( not allowed inside the pool and bathrooms).
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested.
Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in, postponement may be availed as per the postponement policy
Refunds will not be provided for unused nights if guests choose to check out early
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date
Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to dates or guest count are allowed. Any such requests will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability
Failure to check in on the booking date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement will not be allowed
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the cancellation request
Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be confirmed within 15 days of cancellation
Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, postponed again, or refunded.
Peak dates are not guaranteed for postponed bookings, and any rate difference for new dates must be paid by the guest.
