This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Guests are permitted to use the swimming pool between 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM in the morning and until 9:00 PM at night.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas
Smoking is permitted only in the exterior areas of the villa.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date will not incur any booking fee deductions; only a 10% cancellation charge on the total booking amount will apply.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% deduction from the total booking amount, along with 10% cancellation charge on the total booking applicable cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of canceling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
