• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.
• A one-time date change request will be accepted at no charge if made at least 30 days before arrival.
• Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
• Cancellations made within 14 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable. 
• Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
• Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
• If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability.
