This is a property with bubble glamping stays.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the property premises.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property premises.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are politely requested to the resort with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested.
Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 15 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee).
We offer a 50% refund (except the cancellation fee) if the cancellation is before 7 days from your Check in date.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for postponement under any circumstances
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the
cancellation request.
