At the heart of the boat, a spacious glass-covered lounge surrounds you with uninterrupted views — a front-row seat to watch palm-fringed shores, drifting clouds, and the unhurried dance of the water.   • Each rooms are thoroughly sanitized and sealed after cleaning to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and guest well-being.
  • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the House boat with care.
  • Pets allowed but trained, and any damages bear guests.
  • Check-in time will be after 11:00 PM and check-out time will be before 9 AM.
  • Management will not entertain late check-in s and extra cruising for late check-in s as a compliment.
  • Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the Property.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
  • Kitchen is not available. 
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or any damage to personal belongings.
  • For any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellation on long weekends (Friday / Monday as a national holiday) cancellation charge of Rs. 3000/- will be levied.Prior 30 days a cancellation charge of Rs. 1000 will be levied.
  • Prior 15 days a cancellation charge of Rs. 3000 will be levied
  • Less than 15 days: 50% of the total trip price will be levied.
  • In any case if the guest cancels the trip in between the cruise or asks for an earlier check out, no refund will be provided.
  • Last minute changes (reduction in the number of people) in the trip on the arrival day cannot be accommodated, it has to be informed one day prior.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • No Show / Cancellation within 72hrs: There will be 100% retention Charges from the total trip price.
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
