We are so concerned about your convenience that you can access the help of the caretaker service. You will also receive a delicious breakfast as part of the package. Enjoy the stay since all is ready here to make your celebration memorable. A barbecue and a bonfire are available for an additional charge. Don't bother about cooking your meals will be taken care of by the caretaker. The interiors and the patio doors are for a better experience of your Munnar stay. You can stay in the middle of the cardamom plantation, and at the same time, you can see the tea valley in front of you.   • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
  • Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date will not incur any booking fee deductions; only a 10% cancellation charge on the total booking amount will apply.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% deduction from the total booking amount, along with 10% cancellation charge on the total booking applicable cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of canceling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
