About this property

A premium 3 BHK cottage surrounded by the cardamom orchard and the dark green woods will give you the most pleasant stay in Vagamon. The holiday home is just 12.5km away from Vagamon town. The coppice of cardamom greenery will provide you with the ultimatum of a forest stay. This is a perfect place to spend your valuable time with your crew. We offer a uniquely designed nature-friendly stay- letting you cuddle with the mist and listen to the bird's song and the cicada, and you will be wholly immersed in the welcoming of nature.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one living room and a dormitory room which can accommodate up to 5 people. The cottage's first-floor rooms are suites, while its ground-floor bedroom is an ordinary standard room. All rooms are fitted with essential amenities and attached with a spick and span lavatory for convenience. We have a beautiful kitchen with all the kitchenettes. Also, the home has a long courtyard and a long balcony to enjoy your gatherings and parties.

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be 12 PM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
Music allowed until 10 PM. Please keep volume respectful.
Smoking is permitted only in the exterior areas of the villa.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or any damage to personal belongings.
Any kind of damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the total tariff as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, If the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of canceling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
