  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons, such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja/Navratri/Diwali holidays), regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • 14 Days before Check-in, the amount will be refunded.
  • Between 14 days to 7 days before the check-in date, 25% of the room rate will be charged
  • Between 7 days to 03 days before the check-in date - 50% of the room rate will be charged
  • Less than 03 days before the check-in date - 100% of the room rate will be charged
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable. 
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the scheduled booking date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
