Date Change & Postponement Policy:
Requests to change or postpone your booking must be made at least 10 days prior to check-in.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions.
If a postponement request is received at least 10 days before the original check-in date:
One-time postponement is allowed.
The new check-in date must fall within 90 days of the original booking date.
Guests must confirm the new date within 15 days of making the postponement request.
Postponement is subject to availability.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Peak dates are not guaranteed for postponed bookings.
Any rate differences or additional charges for new dates must be paid by the guest.
