Full retention for cancellation before 30 days
50% retention charges for cancellation done before 15 days to arrival, After that advance amount no refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 15 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability.
