  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details to Whitetrip as well as the property management when requested. 
  • Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the guest.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and ther holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in are non-refundable.Cancellations between 48 hours and 10 days prior will receive a credit note valid for 12 months, However, If the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable. 
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20  business days of receiving the cancellation request.Refunds to credit cards will be processed after deducting bank service charges.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 12 months  of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
