House Rules

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 12 PM.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed in pools or rooms.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested.
Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Once a booking is confirmed, only 30% of the total booking amount is refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
If guests fail to check in without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be retained. Postponement is not applicable in such cases.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Postponement Policy
A one-time postponement is allowed if the request is made at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
The new check-in date must be within 90 days of the original booking.
Guests must confirm the new date within 15 days of submitting the postponement request.
Postponement is subject to availability, and peak dates are not guaranteed.
Any difference in rates or additional charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, refunded, or postponed again.
