This is a standalone property.
Check-in time is after 2 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in some designated areas.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms.
This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are requested to bring their own pet cages and mats. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
All guests must be able to provide valid identification when requested. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
All foreign nationals must be able to provide their passport and visa details to Whitetrip, as well as to the property management, upon request.
Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the guest.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be provided for cancellations.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
