  • Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested. 
  • Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the
    total tariff as cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable. 
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the scheduled booking date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and the guest must pay any extra charges for the new dates.
