All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details to Whitetrip as well as the property management when requested.

Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the full booking amount will be retained in case of cancellation.
Changes to dates or the number of guests are not allowed.
Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability.
No-shows (failure to check in on the booking date without prior notice) will also result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Postponement policy :Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, if requested at least 48 hours before check-in, and subject to availability.The new date must be communicated within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded.Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any additional charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
