  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • All cancellations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the full booking amount will be retained in case of cancellation.
  • Changes to dates or the number of guests are not allowed.
  • Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability.
  • No-shows (failure to check in on the booking date without prior notice) will also result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
  • Postponement policy :Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, if requested at least 48 hours before check-in, and subject to availability.The new date must be communicated within 15 days of cancelling the original booking.
