  • Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
  • Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
  • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

If you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 15 days before your stay (except for the cancellation fee). After 15 days no refund is possible.
