Guest accommodations are thoroughly sanitized and sealed post-cleaning for your safety.

House Rules

This is a standalone property.
Check-in time will be after 2 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are allowed in designated areas.
Pool access is allowed until 10:00 PM.
Recommended 6 persons in the pool at a time.
Guests should inform their Pool timing well in advance to ensure proper sanitisation and
convenience of other guests. In case of multiple guests, time given to each group should be
strictly adhered to and the privacy of other guests should be honoured.
3) Wear proper swimming attire. Cotton and Moang are not allowed.
4) Shover first before swimming.
5) No food or drinks in the pool. Kindly ensure that no glass / crockery near the pool to
ensure no breakage & sharp parts enter into the pool. In case of any such instances the pool
should be drained and cleaned which will take 3 days and associated loss of about Rs 50,000 to
be paid by the guest.
6) No pets in the pool. If pets enter the pool it will lead to cleaning which will cost Rs 50,000.
Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip and the property management when requested.
Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the belongings of the guests.
Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to gambling, prostitution, and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
A 10% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount, after deducting the 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
