Proper swimwear is mandatory. Casual wear, coloured clothing, or non-swimwear is not permitted inside the pool.
Food, alcohol, and other beverages are strictly prohibited inside the swimming pool and poolside areas.
Guests will be responsible for any cleaning, maintenance, or repair charges resulting from misuse, colour transfer, contamination, or damage to the pool.
Guests are requested to treat the property, furniture, amenities, and surroundings with care.
The total number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed at the time of booking.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay at the property.
All guests must provide valid government-issued identification when requested during booking or check-in.
Foreign nationals must provide valid passport and visa details to Whitetrip and the property management when requested.
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Whitetrip and the property management are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or amenities will be charged based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
All illegal activities and conduct prohibited under applicable government regulations are strictly forbidden.
Inappropriate behaviour, disturbance, or violation of the house rules may result in refusal of the booking or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
All recreational activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk, particularly horse riding, cycling, badminton, mini cricket, swimming, and other outdoor activities.
Guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the property staff while participating in any activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja /Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement policy stated below.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date will receive a refund after deducting 10% of the
total tariff as cancellation charges.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. However, If the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the customer may avail of postponement as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time in the booking if guests choose to check out early from the property.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Once the booking is confirmed, no modifications to dates or the number of guests are allowed. Any requested changes will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to availability.
If guests fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and postponement cannot be availed.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
