  • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or postponements are strictly not permitted for weekend bookings, peak dates, and major travel seasons—such as December and other holiday periods (including Onam and Pooja/Navratri/Diwali holidays)—regardless of the general cancellation or postponement terms below.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15–7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before check-in are strictly non-refundable.
  • If the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before check-in, the guest may avail postponement once, as per Whitetrip’s postponement policy.
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable and not eligible for postponement.
  • Refunds will not be provided for unused nights in case guests check out early.
  • Bookings made under special promotions, last-minute deals, or discounted rates are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to dates or number of guests are allowed. Any such request will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, subject to availability.
  • If guests fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. The booking amount will be fully retained, and postponement will not be allowed.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Postponement policy: Guests may postpone their booking once to a date within 90 days of the original check-in, subject to availability. The new date must be informed within 15 days of cancelling the original booking. Postponed bookings cannot be cancelled, further postponed, or refunded. Peak dates are not guaranteed, and any extra charges for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
