• Barbecue Facility: Guests can enjoy delicious barbecue meals at an additional cost. Grill set and charcoal are not complimentary. Guests are welcome to bring their own marinated chicken.
• Campfire Nights: Cozy and memorable campfire experiences are available at an additional cost.
• Trekking & Sightseeing: Guided trekking and sightseeing tours can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Jeep Safari: Adventure-filled jeep safaris are available at an extra cost.
• Kitchen Access: A fully-equipped kitchen is available for guest use at no additional charge.
• Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome on the property — we love hosting your furry companions!

• Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities.
• In case of a power outage, inverter backup is available.
• Use cleaning chemicals that are effective against bacteria and viruses. 
• Linens, towels and laundry are washed under local authority guidelines.  
• Guest accommodation is sealed after cleaning. 

• This is a standalone property.
• Check-in time will be after 2:30 PM, and check-out time will be before 11 AM.
• A refundable security deposit of  5,000 will be collected at check-in and fully refunded during checkout, subject to property inspection.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
• This is a pet-friendly property.
• For booking purposes, pets are counted as adults. Additional charges may apply as per the property's extra guest policy.
• Guests are politely requested to treat the home with care.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only those guests who have registered are allowed inside the property. All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon the check-in of the guests.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details with Whitetrip as well as the property management when requested. 
• Guests are requested to take care of all their valuables. Property Management and  Whitetrip are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the guest.
• Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
• All illegal activities under government guidelines are strictly prohibited.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of these house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

• No Cancellation & Refund:
  Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
• No Refund for Early Checkout:
  Guests who choose to check out before the scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
• Booking Modifications Allowed (Up to 10 Days Before Check-In):
  Changes to booking dates or the number of guests are permitted up to 10 days before the check-in date, post confirmation.
• No-Show Policy:
  If guests fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. The full booking amount will be retained, and no postponement or refund will be applicable.
• Refund Processing (If Applicable):
  In rare or exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Postponement Policy

• Guests may postpone their booking within 1 year of the original check-in date, subject to availability.

• New dates must be confirmed within 15 days of submitting the postponement request.

• Once postponed, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.

• Postponed bookings cannot be canceled, refunded, or postponed again.

• Postponement for peak dates is not guaranteed. Any rate difference must be paid by the guest.
